duque gift cards are perfect for any heavy duty beauty addict!
cards are available for any amount, and can easily be used in the salon, spa or boutique.  duque gift cards are valid for six months from the date of purchase, with a 20% renewal charge for an additional six months.  they are transferable, but not refundable... and they must be presented at the time of purchase, without exception, so please do not ask.  duque gift cards are available at the store, by phone, by mail, or online at www.duquesalon.com
all gift purchases will be treated with extra special care.  upon request we will be happy to gift wrap for a nominal charge. Any gift purchases over $500 are gift wrapped with our compliments.

simply because you are so loyal.  pre-pay any of the 10 same services and get two more for free.  that's a whole year of your heart's delight!  gray free hair, dewy skin, perfectly polished manicures + pedicures... this could go on and on and on!

about facials

our estheticians will always discuss your treatment options, new offerings, and what might be best for your skin before your service begins.  please speak up if you prefer more steam, massage, extractions, or if there's something you must try.  your esthetician will also let you know of any extra charges associated with additional services you may request.
at duque, our staff believes that great skincare starts with fabulous facials, and continues with your at-home regime.  feel free to pursue the specialized product prescription that your esthetician has chosen for you at checkout.  our front desk staff can assist you with any beauty blunder preventing questions you may have.

about body treatments

each of our facials includes a grape seed oil neck, arm and shoulder rub, but in no way does this compare to the deep relaxation achieved by one of our full body rubdowns.  facials are designed to target your face; and our body treatments the body.  however, feel free to incorporate them into one extra long, super luxe service.
*please do not shave 24 hours prior to any body treatment.

tipping

tipping for a spectacular service is always appreciated, but never expected.  gratuities usually range from 15 - 20%, of the service provided.  tip envelopes are located at the front desk staff, or can be added to your credit card transaction.  gift card givers usually leave the tipping to the lucky recipient.  just check with the front desk staff if you would like to leave a gratuity for your service technician, and we'll happily pass your thank you along.  all salon+spa parties  $400 or more will have a 20% gratuity automatically added to the total.

booking extra services

you never know until you ask, so please do!  the sooner you let us know, the more likely we can accommodate you.  however, don't hesitate to ask at the last minute, if we have time we will happily add an additional service.  our estheticians or front desk staff can always assist you in pairing up the perfect treatment duos (or trios!) for yourself or a loved one.

appointment policy

in order to reserve an appointment time, a credit card number must be provided.  24 hour cancellation notice is not only appreciated, but required.  any missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged to the credit card number on file.

cell phones

we have worked so hard to create a getaway haven for you! please be respectful of our environment and turn off all cell phones and pagers... and any other electronics.  kindly consider other guests.

about the little ones

serenity and safety are a must!  due to the delicate nature of our business we asked that children not be brought into the salon, spa, or boutique.  thank you!

payment, prices, and return policies

prices and availability are subject to change.  we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.  sorry, no checks!
of course we hope you love everything you purchase at duque.  unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on used items what-so-ever.  skin, hair and cosmetic purchases are all final.
all sale items are final sales.  returns are accepted up to seven days, with original tags in place, unworn, unused and unopened, for a store credit only.
